Born on December 3, 1977, in Rize, he began his musical journey by learning to play the guitar during his middle school years. He graduated from the Department of Architecture at Istanbul Technical University in 2001 and completed his Master’s degree in the Department of Architecture in Computer Environment at Yıldız Technical University. During his years at ITU, he formed his first cover band, Ronin, and performed as a soloist-guitarist at various venues for many years.

In 2009, he released his first album with his band Haydut. After the album’s songs were featured in the TV series Deniz Yıldızı, he founded Magicpost, a music production company, in 2010, marking the end of his professional architecture career. Together with his partner İnanç Şanver, he composed music for many TV series, films, and commercials.

He served on the MSG (Musicians’ Society) Ethics Board from 2020 to 2022 and continues to produce media music under the name Magicjingle while providing post-production services through Magicpost. Since 2023, he has been serving on the MSG Board of Directors. He is also a founding member and board member of the Media Music Composers Association (MMBD).
