Ercüment Orkut is a prominent musician from Istanbul/Turkey. He has studied piano and composition and completed his works in the field of “Composition and conduction” with Prof. Hasan Uçarsu at the level of graduate study in same Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University.

He represented Turkey in piano category and won the 2nd prize and has been chosen as “audience favourite” in “Nomme Jazz International Youth Competition Jazz Artists 2009”.

He has been performing at music scene in Turkey and europe with many great musicians such as Dee Dee Bridgewater, China Moses, Kenan Doğulu, Sezen Aksu, Marius Neset, İmer Demirer etc.

Orkut is participating in prominent tv series, album recordings and concerts actively as a composer, arranger and performer.
